Stop by the Farm Market for a cooking demonstration by local food advocate Sherri Brooks Vinton, author of The Real Food Revival. She’ll be cooking up some seasonal stand-bys in new ways and taking the mystery out of a few less familiar ingredients — think kohlrabi — that might just become your new favorites. Canning will be included in this class.
Sherri is the author of Real Food Revival with Ann Clark Espuelas, and the upcoming Put ‘Em Up!.
